BRITAX Combination Harness-2-Booster seats can accommodate children forward facing in harness mode from at least 2 years and 25 pounds, up to 65 pounds, depending on the seat. They can then convert to a belt-positioning booster and accommodate a child to 120 pounds.

SafeCell Complete Side Impact Protection MAX provides Britax’s highest level of protection: a deep protective shell absorbs crash forces and shields your child from debris, an energy-absorbing headrest keeps your child’s head and neck secure, and external cushions compress to divert energy away from your child and protect adjacent passengers.

SafeCell Impact Protection is an integrated system of safety components that work together to protect your child beyond the federal safety standards. Including an Impact Absorbing Base, Tether and Harness, an Impact Stabilizing Steel Frame, and Complete Side Impact Protection MAX, SafeCell means your child is surrounded in best-in-class safety.

Features:
  • Quick-Adjust, 9-Position Harness and 2-Position Buckle allows you to easily move the harness upward and buckle outward for a comfortable, secure fit as your child grows.
  • Plush Foam Padding in the cover, buckle pad, and shoulder pads surround your child in comfort at every touch point.
  • Easy-On / Easy-Off LATCH Connectors locks into place with an audible click to both secure the seat in Harness Mode and prevent it from becoming a projectile when unoccupied in Booster Mode.
  • SafeCell Impact Absorbing Base compresses to absorb crash energy and counteract forward movement keeping your child clear from the seat in front of them.
  • SafeCell Impact Stabilizing Steel Frame gives you peace of mind knowing there is strength where you want it most, through the spine of the car seat reducing forward flex and at the connection points to the vehicle.
  • SafeCell Impact Absorbing Tether minimizes potential seat rotation with our unique two-strap design and slows forward movement with our patented rows of stitching that “give-way” one at a time.
  • SafeCell Impact Absorbing Harness keeps your child’s chest clip correctly positioned and absorbs energy in the event of a crash.
  • EZ-Buckle System keeps buckles and straps out of your way when placing your child in the car seat.
  • Easy-Remove Cover for cleaning convenience.
  • Compatible with SecureGuard Clip to keep vehicle seat belt properly positioned on your child’s hips when in Booster Mode minimizing the risk of abdominal injury (accessory sold separately).
  • Front-Adjust Recline easily alters the seat angle for your child’s comfort.
  • Integrated Cup Holders and Storage keeps drinks, snacks and toys close at hand
  • Hassle-Free Transition for easy conversion from Harness to Booster by safely tucking away buckles and straps within the seat.
  • Harness-2-Booster converts to a belt-positioning booster seat
  • Aircraft Travel Certified when in Harness Mode

Powerful!
Format: Hardcover
The Girl in the Walls is mysterious, raw, and beautifully written. If you have any connection to autism, particularly how autism affects families, you will know how powerful this story truly is. Understanding how the autistic brain is designed, the beauty, the pain, and the family dynamics and genetics involved is so needed. I believe this story has the power to bring healing and understanding to it’s readers. Meg Eden Kuyatt is such a gifted writer. Her words brought tears, awe, and hope. Her poetic style and usage of font, space, and text is unique and inspiring. Meg’s artistic ability shines through on the page in a way that I’ve never seen until Good Different, and I think this book is even more captivating artistically.

A Unique and Incredible Tale
Format: Kindle
This book brilliantly shows what it feels like for me to go through the world neurodivergently. The characters truly resonate. The artistry of the layout and imagery is compelling and once I started reading, I couldn’t stop. What an authentic glimpse into an intense inner world!

Building something wonderful out of the broken pieces
Format: Hardcover
Meg Eden Kuyatt has done it again. I am a big fan of novel in verse, and this author is one reason why. The poetry delivers character, setting, and story in a clear, believable voice. The protagonist, V, is a middle school girl full of feelings, celebrating her difference while fighting for her place in the wonderland of neurotypicals. V introduces herself in vibrant socks that say “I am strange and wonderful.” And with that, we are off. V is reluctantly spending the summer with her grandma Jojo in the pristine white house that has been in her family for generations. History is definitely living here. The house is a character itself (and a metaphor). I love that V’s cousin Cat creates assemblages, an art form I was not familiar with. Cat describes it as taking discarded, broken stuff and turning it into something beautiful (another metaphor). There is a lot going on here and a satisfying resolution brought on by a heaping dose of empathy. Highly recommend for the suggested audience (juvenile fiction, grades 3-7), their teachers, and families with neurodivergence.
